Information about Africa studio
The studio Africa is approx. 28 sqm and can be rented for up to 2 people.
It is situated on the ground floor in the main house and has a private entrance. It also has an access to a terrace and to the garden.
Kitchenette with fridge, microwave-gril oven, induction hotplate, pod coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle.
2 beds of 90x200 each.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge for a child up to 3 years.
Bathroom with shower and washbasin. Separate toilet with washbasin.
An open wardrobe to store your clothes.
Rental conditions
The Africa studio can be rented for a minimum of 4 nights and a maximum of 90 nights.
Max. occupation is 2 people (+1 baby).
There is no breakfast included.
A contract will be written upon reservation and 25 % of the full amount will be requested.
The balance will be paid upon arrival by credit card or cash.
Inventory will be made on arrival and upon departure.
A deposit of 150 € is requested on arrival.
Arrival time: between 6 pm and 8 pm(other times on request).
Departure time, not later than 10 am.
Cancellation: there is no refund of the deposit, whatever the reason of cancellation. For any query, please contact us.
Services
A starter pack is offered on arrival and includes coffee pods, tea bags, sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper.
Bed sheets are included, as well as bath towels and dish towels.
Cleaning supplies are provided, you have to leave the studio clean and tidy.
Free Wi-Fi. There is no TV.
